These terms describe the basic rules for using the Angela Yoga website, purchasing online course access and using retreat booking features.
1. Website and services
Angela Yoga provides informational materials about yoga practice, online course access, personal program options and yoga retreats. The exact content, access period and included support depend on the package or offer shown on the relevant page at the time of purchase.
2. Account access
Some services require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your own Google account and for not intentionally sharing protected course access with third parties.
3. Prices and payment
Card payments are initiated through mono internet acquiring. Course packages are charged in UAH according to the amount shown for payment. Retreat prices may be presented in another currency for reference and converted to the UAH amount used for the acquiring invoice as described on the checkout flow. Always review the amount on the mono payment page before confirming payment.
4. Course content
Videos, text, programs and other course materials are provided for personal use. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchase of access does not transfer copyright or grant permission to redistribute, resell, publicly upload or reproduce the materials.
5. Yoga and health
Yoga content is educational and is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Practice within a comfortable range, stop if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms, and seek qualified medical advice when you have a health condition, injury, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect physical exercise.
6. Retreats and travel
A retreat page specifies what is included in the selected package and which travel costs are paid separately. Flights, entry formalities, insurance, transfers and other third-party travel services remain subject to the rules and conditions of the relevant providers and authorities. Travelers are responsible for checking current passport, visa, insurance and entry requirements before departure.
7. Cancellations, refunds and support
Questions about an accidental payment, access issue, cancellation or refund should be submitted through the contact page as soon as possible. Any refund or cancellation is handled according to the specific service circumstances, applicable law and any additional terms communicated for that purchase.
